I've been in health care and body work most of my adult life.  I guess you could say I'm a nurturer by nature.  Part of my nurturing is demonstrated in the form of massage & bodywork. As a graduate of the Life Purpose Institute (San Diego, Calif.) where I received my certification for Life Coaching,  I began another complementary path in my life to help those who are struggling to succeed in their personal lives or careers.  This allows me to nurture... Mind, Body and Soul.

We all have ways of not confronting the lack of fulfillment  gnawing at us. We numb ourselves in various ways. We over eat, we over play, we over spend, we have serial relationships that are hollow in the center, or we do drugs.  Most of all, we rationalize; we justify our mediocre life.
